Investopedia.com was in need of a new landing page for our popular Stock Simulator. This page needed to be engaging, easy for users to enrol, and visually appealing. Its success also depends on it being 100% responsive, as the website’s mobile traffic continues to steadily increase.
My proposed landing page design was met with resounding approval. It was important to me to keep things simple while striking a balance between creating something engaging for the user, and maintaining the focus on the sigh-up process.
After the first month of live deploy to the site, sign-ups increased 24% from the same time last year.
